Artist Satisfaction Survey
The Artist Satisfaction Survey is an in-app survey triggered seven days after an artist uploads a track, asking them how they feel about its performance. The responses help us track feature satisfaction over time as a company KPI and allow us to recommend actions artists can take to improve engagement on the platform.

Team: I partnered with my Project Manager and Engineering lead on this Project and constantly checked in with Design Manager, the brand team, and app system designers during this process.
Role: I led the concept development, content, visual direction, and component construction of the Artist Satisfaction Survey.
Status: Concept and prototype completed, implementation in progress
Expected Impact
Capture ongoing artist sentiment around track performance to measure satisfaction as a key creator KPI
Identify opportunities to improve product features based on artist feedback trends over time
Encourage artists to take recommended actions on the platform that can increase engagement and momentum for their tracks
Strengthen trust with creators by proactively checking in and demonstrating that SoundCloud is invested in their success.
