shark relay is a startup exchange relayer in the cryptocurrency space. as a graphic/ui intern at shark relay, it is my job to create interfaces that are fun, easy to use, yet informative to the user. currently, i am working on a website mockup that is set to launch sometime within the next month. here are a few of my favorite images from my mockup.
yvonne is a wedge serif typeface created by me and a group of my colleagues at the university of washington. our final poster was created to showcase the personality and physical characteristics of our font.
we started off by hand-drawing the letters on tracing paper, adhering to the measurements (of the thicks, thins, diagonals) we established.
after a few rounds of sketching, we digitalized our letters on glyphs. this was an extensive process that took our team about 5 weeks to finalize.
as a team, we distributed letters to work on and create. below is the set of letters i created, with a few comments on my process and challenges.
parko is an in-car augmented reality parking assistant that was designed and created by me and my two other colleagues at the university of washington. we underwent an extensive 10-week long design process to finalize our concept and produced a video to show the application of parko.

this board game i designed is inspired by the alber’s principle. all the pieces of the board game are magnetized, so that it can be conveniently hung up on the wall to conserve space. the main map is made up of magnetic strips so that it can be reconstructed by players to change the route of every game.
ping pong package
i constructed a ping pong pox using only one sheet of 16 x 32 e-flute cardboard. i dedicated my design towards usability and reusability.
